ATTENTION MEMBERS: Have you not received your membership cards??
The single largest reason preventing the Moose International Dues Processing Center from immediately processing and mailing a new dues card is payments received without a renewal coupon. Many individual members, as well as Lodges and Chapters paying on behalf of their members fall in to this category.

If the following items apply to you, you can help us expedite the processing of your card.

· You have mailed a payment to the Moose International Dues Processing Center with no coupon accompanying the payment.

· Your check has been cashed.

You have not received a new dues card.

Please e-mail the helpdesk at, helpdesk@mooseintl.org, using "Payment Resolution Info" as the subject line, or fax us at (630) 966-2211 with the following information:

· Your name and Moose ID#

· The name and Moose ID# of the person whose dues are being paid, if different from above

· Your Fraternal Unit (Lodge/Chapter) #

· The check number used to make your payment

· The amount of the check

· The date the check was cashed

The last four digits of the checking account #

If the payment was for more than one member, include the above information and the individual amount of payment for each person.

  The process of researching and identifying payments received with no renewal coupon is extremely time consuming. In rare instances it can take several hours to resolve just one payment. The above requested information enables our staff to resolve most of these type of payments in just a few minutes.

Thousand of Moose members have successfully paid their dues on line however there have been some who have encountered some difficulties. Some things to check if you or someone you know has difficulty paying their dues on line are:

* Be sure to enter your MID without any leading 0's if you have them.
* Enter your last name with the first letter capitalized and the rest in lower case.     
* Be sure to enter your last name spelled exactly the same as it is on your membership card, even if it is spelled incorrectly on the card. (You can correct that on line at a later time!)            
* Follow the instructions on screen carefully when you set up a new ID and password. The new password must contain at least 6 characters and include one letter and one number. Write this new information down as you will need it each time you access this area.        
* You must include an email address, because after you have successfully entered your new ID and Password an email will be sent to this address that confirms your registration to pay on line dues. THIS IS IMPORTANT! You must go check your email and open the registration confirmation email. Click the link within the email to access your dues payment area. This step actually completes your registration process! If you do not use this link to access the dues payment area you will not be successful paying your dues on line.  
* The second time you log in you need to use your new ID and password.
* When you see your Lodge, Chapter or Moose Legion displayed, be sure to click the line item of the one you for which you need to pay dues to highlight it and then click Select within the Membership area to open it.       
* If you are a Home Chapter member and you are looking at your membership card you will see an 'H" in front of your ID#. Do not enter the 'H". The number on your dues receipt notice is correct and should be entered exactly as you see it.
